What we owe you
You are paying a one-time flat fee of $3,000. In exchange, we owe you all of the following — and if we don't deliver, Section 4 of our Terms gives your money back:
- Your Game Plan Call — a one-on-one session with your dedicated case manager, going condition by condition through your entire claim strategy. Your Intent to File goes in on that call, locking your effective date for back pay.
- Your complete, file-ready claim package within 14 business days of receiving the information and records we request — records review, claim strategy, drafted statements, and the supporting-evidence workup for every condition we take on.
- Nothing goes to the VA without your sign-off. You read every page before it's filed, and you file it — it stays your claim, in your account, always.
- C&P exam preparation — a prep call before your examination and a debrief after it. The exam decides your rating; we don't let you walk in cold.
- Decision review — when the VA's decision letter arrives, your case manager reads it before you talk, and explains exactly what it means.
- One round of appeal support included — if the first decision doesn't produce a qualifying outcome, we prepare a Supplemental Claim or Higher-Level Review package at no extra charge.
- Direct access — your case manager's direct line. Questions get answered by the person who knows your file, not a ticket queue.
- A flat fee, forever — we never take a percentage of your back pay or your monthly compensation. Whatever the VA awards you is 100% yours.
- No surprise costs. The only money that is ever not ours is an independent medical provider's fee if your claim needs one — you'd pay them directly, typically $500–$1,000, and only after your case manager tells you it's worth it. We take nothing from them and nothing from you for it.
- The money-back guarantee — cancel for any reason within 14 days (before your Game Plan Call) for a full refund. And if you meet your responsibilities below and your claim doesn't produce a qualifying outcome — an increased combined rating, a new compensable service connection, or an increased individual evaluation — by the end of the guarantee period, we refund 100% of what you paid. Full definitions in Terms §4.
What you owe us
The guarantee stays alive as long as you hold up your side (full list in Terms §5):
- Complete and truthful information — always. False statements to the VA are a federal crime, and we end the engagement immediately over any intentional misstatement.
- Show up — attend your Game Plan Call and your C&P examinations (or reschedule properly).
- File within 60 days of receiving your completed package.
- Keep us in the loop — tell us when your C&P exam is scheduled, debrief us within a day after it, and send us any VA correspondence within 30 days.
- Let us prepare the included appeal before requesting a guarantee refund on an unfavorable first decision.
Straight talk
We are not accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We are not attorneys, accredited claims agents, or a veterans service organization. We prepare; you file. We do not represent you before the VA.
Free help exists. VA-accredited organizations — VFW, DAV, American Legion, county Veterans Service Officers — assist with claims at no cost: va.gov directory. We tell every client this before payment. What you're buying from us is depth, speed, and a guarantee — not access.
No specific rating is promised. The VA decides ratings, timelines, and outcomes. Anyone who promises you a percentage is lying to you — our promise is the work, and your money back if it doesn't produce a qualifying outcome.
