How It Works

One flat fee. Ten commitments, in writing. Here's exactly what happens after you say yes.

  1. Your Game Plan Call. A one-on-one session with your dedicated case manager — condition by condition through your entire situation. Your Intent to File goes in on that call, locking your effective date so back pay runs from day one.
  2. We build your file — 14 business days. Records review, claim strategy, drafted statements, and the supporting-evidence workup for every condition, delivered file-ready.
  3. Nothing is filed without your sign-off. You read every page. Then you file it together with your case manager — it stays your claim, in your VA.gov account, always.
  4. C&P exam preparation. The exam decides your rating. You get a prep call before it — what the examiner measures, how to describe your worst days honestly — and a debrief after.
  5. Decision review. When the VA's letter lands, your case manager reads it before you talk and explains exactly what it means.
  6. If it comes back wrong, the appeal is included. One full round of Supplemental Claim or Higher-Level Review support at no extra charge.

What it costs — and what it never costs

One flat fee of $3,000. We never take a percentage of your back pay or your monthly compensation — whatever the VA awards you is 100% yours, forever. The only cost that is ever not ours is an independent medical provider's fee if your claim needs one (typically $500–$1,000, paid directly to them, and only after your case manager tells you it's worth it — most claims get the medical opinion free at the C&P exam or from your own doctor).

The guarantee

Cancel for any reason within 14 days (before your Game Plan Call) for a full refund. And if you hold up your side and your claim doesn't produce a qualifying outcome — an increased combined rating, a new compensable service connection, or an increased individual evaluation — we refund 100% of what you paid. It's in the Client Agreement you can read and sign before paying a dollar.

Straight talk

We are not VA-accredited, we are not attorneys, and we don't represent you before the VA — we prepare, you file. Free claims help exists at VA-accredited organizations like the VFW, DAV, and your county VSO, and we tell every prospective client that before payment. What you're buying from us is depth, speed, a dedicated case manager, and a guarantee.
